How to Submit a Sample
When you are ready to submit samples:
- Download the appropriate sampling guide: Landscape Soil Sampling Guide Vegetable Garden Soil Sampling Guide
- Collect the samples
- Fill out a Chain of Custody Form
- Submit samples to the lab by one of the following options:

- In person delivery to one of our 5 convenient locations
- Mail delivery to our primary lab facility: Fruit Growers Laboratory, 853 Corporation Street, Santa Paula, CA 93060.
- Call customer support to schedule a pickup (charges apply)
